ASSET PROTECTION
In this course we talk about long term strategies mostly surrounding asset protection, but with this tool we will mention today, there are some other important benefits. Not everyone is ready for asset protection, some students will need it much sooner than others and that's OK. Everyone is on a different path but we feel it is important to show you all the pieces to the puzzle so you can map out your financial future accordingly.

Again, during my journey of finding the secrets and the tools the most elite of the elite use, I was lead to a specific trust. Now, it's not like the trusts that you can go down to your local lawyer or trust shop and get. This trust was different.
How, you might ask? Great question.
For starters, this is a non-grantor trust. What that means is that the trust is its own entity, not owned by anyone or anything. This is significant because a non-grantor trust operates under contract law, not legislative law like most other trusts. That is a huge deal for asset protection. Once your assets are in this trust it acts like an impenetrable, titanium vault, and in the hundreds of years this trust has been around, not one time has an asset been turned over.
This trust is also a discretionary trust, meaning the trustee has all the power and is not obligated to make distributions. Being discretionary also gives this trust some very powerful tax benefits.
